Attorney-at-Law Juan Ricardo Hernández Sáyago is a lawyer with a major in Business Law, who graduated from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Chihuahua.

Upon graduation in December 2019, he obtained the Ceneval Award for Excellence Performance – EGEL.
During his college studies, he worked as an intern within the Corporate and Litigation practice at Consultoría Legal Empresarial, S.C. Currently he’s an associate at Consultoría Legal Empresarial, S.C, where he works mainly as an attorney at law with a focus on Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Constitutional law.
Likewise, he develops himself in the field of corporate law, preparing contracts, establishing and regularizing legal entities.

- Certified member of the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados, A.C. (ANADE) Chihuahua ́s Section, where he occupies the position of Coordinator of the Committee of Interns and Young Lawyers.
- In the Federal Electoral Processes of 2020-2021 and 2022, he occupied the position of Substitute Electoral Counselor of the Federal Electoral District Council 08 of Instituto Nacional Electoral, based in Chihuahua.
- Part of the Board of Directors of Capítulo Chihuahua Barrister Inn of the International Law Honors Society Phi Delta Phi (COLEGIO PDP BARRISTER INN CHIHUAHUA, A.C.).
